Found hooking things up myself was no problem and I am not tec. savvy , helpful people to assist if you need support, polite and curdious.. Best service and place to deal with in my 50 some years of different service providers.

Caters to the customers right from ordering where you can save money if you buy a modem and even more savings if you provide your own Router! Now that in itself is WOW thanks! The initial setup can be somewhat tricky if your not very savvy at stuff as you mostly get your equipment and connect it yourself. Otherwise the price to performance ratio is solid!
